Refund policy
At Hivemart, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product received
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered
Minor variations
Requests without proof
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product condition.
No return or refund will be accepted without this video.
3. Return Request Timeframe
You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must provide an unboxing video, share supporting images or videos, and contact us within 48 hours. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.
5. Missing Items
Report missing items within 48 hours and provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. If verified, the item will be reshipped or refunded.
6. Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
7. Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side, we will bear the shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
8. Rejection / Refusal of Delivery
If a parcel is refused or rejected, 2 times the shipping charge and 10% packing charges will be deducted before refund.
9. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
10. Delivery & Delay Policy
Delivery may take 7 or more days. Courier delays may occur. Contact us if tracking shows no update for 15 days.
11. Important Notes
Returns are accepted only after the product reaches our warehouse. Video proof is mandatory. Hivemart reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.
